Alex added the question before the meeting. The team decides: Alex makes the calls by Friday. The decision is recorded as an Action Step with one owner and one due date, not as a hope.

Who actually carries what?
See how the work is really distributed. Then redesign it together.
- Everyone contributes, a few decideContributors join with a QR code or session code and leave short activity notes. A facilitator and a small editor group shape the design; leaders approve it.
- Overlap becomes ownershipNotes land live on a projected, zoomable board. Where two people carry the same thing, leaders define accountable ownership. Duplication is never grounds for termination.
- Leaders decide. No inference about people.The Studio takes no personnel, payroll, compensation, termination, or contracting actions, and never infers salary, performance, or gifts. Baseline kept; scenarios are advisory and human-reviewed.
Outputs: responsibility lists, draft job descriptions, and draft language for counsel review. Private preview on fictional demonstration data; public sign-up and billing are not enabled.

Ministry Workroom is the suite of church leadership tools published by COL. Today it holds four tools: Church Staff Meeting, Maximize, Org Design Studio, and Leadership 360. Each has its own job, its own data, and its own access requirements.
Is it one app or several?
Several. Ministry Workroom is the name of the family. Church Staff Meeting runs on its product page, Org Design Studio and Leadership 360 each have their own address, and Maximize begins with a free assessment on carloorlando.com. One account across the tools and an app switcher are planned, not live. About the suite
Can my church use it today?
It depends on the tool. Church Staff Meeting has a public website and a guided sample on sample data (sign-in required); Church Staff Meeting is in a private pilot. What does it cost?
Church Staff Meeting publishes its plan and trial in Church Staff Meeting. Maximize, Org Design Studio, and Leadership 360 do not have published plans yet. Per-app plans with a free tier are planned for the suite, not available. Plans and pricing, as they stand
Is my church's data shared between the tools?
No. Each tool keeps its own workspaces and data. Signing into one tool does not open the others, and a Ministry Workroom account alone does not add anyone to a team. Leadership 360 data is not shared with an employer, church, supervisor, or credentialing body for personnel decisions.
