Private preview A hosted release is running. Sessions are created by Carlo Orlando Leadership for invited churches. It holds fictional demonstration data until the owner allows real church data; the safeguards for erasing and deleting real data are built.
Helps church leadership teams see how work is actually distributed, then redesign roles, teams, responsibilities, and coordination around the church's mission.
For: Church teams, not only individual leaders: a facilitator, a small editor group, and many contributors.
The problem it works on
Church roles often accumulate around talent, preference, history, urgent requests, and whoever is willing to help. That can leave critical work ownerless, duplicate effort across ministries, overload a few people, and make job descriptions drift away from the work.
Leaders need a practical way to collect the whole system of work and reason about better arrangements without turning a workshop into an automated personnel machine.
The designed experience
-
Set up
A facilitator creates a design session and answers guided questions about the church, its ministries, roles, responsibilities, workload, and volunteer structure.
-
Collect
Contributors join by QR code or session code and submit activity notes by cadence in a short sticky-note dump.
-
See
Notes appear live on a projected, zoomable board that separates contributors from the people who may edit, decide, approve, or publish.
-
Clarify
Apparent overlap prompts leaders to clarify accountable ownership, contributors, cross-team work, and shared support. Duplication is never assumed to mean termination.
-
Design
A preserved baseline and distinct arrangement scenarios, each with assumptions, rationale, tradeoffs, and confidence. Scenario generation is advisory and human-reviewed.
-
Decide
Leaders compare scenarios, restore the baseline, and approve a design. Outputs are responsibility lists, draft job descriptions, and draft language for counsel review.
Trust and boundaries
Leaders decide
Leaders decide assignments and approvals. The system never executes personnel, payroll, compensation, termination, or contracting actions.
No inference about people
The system must not infer salary, employment status, performance, gifts, or personnel outcomes.
Provenance and opt-in
Every imported or connected fact carries source provenance and an explicit opt-in scope.
Private feedback stays private
Context from other tools informs suggestions only after opt-in, and private feedback never leaks.
