Leadership feedback for formation · from Ministry Workroom

Leadership 360

Leadership 360, from Ministry Workroom

Invite-only founder beta A limited founder beta runs by invitation on its own page. No open enrollment. The beta is a pilot: provisional and unvalidated, with human review before any report or plan is released.

A private, bounded leadership-development founder beta: self-reflection compared with pooled observer feedback, turned into a practical next step.

For: Christian leaders who want developmental feedback handled with care.

What it is

A confidential servant and spiritual leadership development system that compares self-reflection with pooled observer feedback, then turns eligible patterns into a practical next step.

The work is provisional. It makes no diagnostic or maturity claims and does not claim validation.

The convictions beneath the tool

Formation before performance

The experience should connect leadership behavior to spiritual posture without pretending to measure a person's faith.

Observable behavior over vague impressions

Respondents should be asked about patterns they can reasonably see, not motives they cannot know.

Development over judgment

The report should help a leader choose a next practice, not produce a permanent label or public ranking.

Consent and privacy by design

Participation, access, reporting thresholds, retention, and follow-up all need explicit safeguards before release.

The boundaries it keeps

Development only

Never employment, ordination, hiring, clinical, or theological evaluation.

Confidential

No individual rater answers are exposed; group-level reporting uses suppression. No anonymity is promised.

Human release

Automated tools may assist a draft; Carlo reviews every plan, and approval and release stay separate.

No sponsor portal

Data is not shared with an employer, church, supervisor, or credentialing body for personnel decisions.

The founder-beta journey

The founder beta follows this sequence. Every step has a gate, and its questions, scoring, report language, and safeguards remain provisional.

  1. Consent

Understand the sensitive-data, confidentiality, AI-assistance, and developmental-use boundaries before sharing anything.

  2. Reflect

Complete a fixed-response self assessment across eight observable leadership domains.

  3. Invite

Invite a supervisor and other observers through expiring, one-use secure links.

  4. Review

Receive a privacy-screened report only after thresholds, automated checks, human approval, and a separate release decision.

  5. Practice

Carry one development priority into a reviewed plan with a practice, a trusted conversation, and a date to revisit what changed.
