The journey · Ministry Workroom, by COL
How the tools fit together
Ministry Workroom is one hall with four rooms. Each room is built for one question a church team keeps asking. We suggest starting in the meeting room and walking from there.

Walk in through the meeting room. The planning room, the design wall, and the quiet office are each one door away.

- Every weekChurch Staff Meeting · Private pilot
The team meets.
Church Staff Meeting is where the week gets worked: prepare together, decide with an owner and a due date, follow through next Tuesday. It is the room where the other three questions surface.
- Every seasonMaximize · Private preview
The priorities get chosen.
When the agenda keeps filling itself, Maximize asks what the three things are that deserve the team's attention this season, who owns each, and when you will look again. A chosen priority can become an agenda item back in the meeting room.
- When roles need rethinkingOrg Design Studio · Private preview
The structure gets redesigned.
When the same person is the owner of everything, the problem is no longer the week. Org Design Studio shows how the work is really distributed and lets leaders redesign it together. An approved design can give the meeting clearer owners.
- Underneath all of itLeadership 360 · Invite-only founder beta
The leader is formed.
The meeting, the season, and the structure all run through a person. Leadership 360 is where that person looks at how they lead, with people who have watched them do it. One development priority can become a practice the team sees on Tuesday.
Carry decisions forward. Keep access separate.
A team can carry an agreed priority into a meeting or a reviewed responsibility into its next action. That is a human handoff. Access is granted separately for each tool; a Workroom account does not automatically open every tool or share its private information.
Org Design Studio can import files with provenance and leader-approved scope. Live connections between the tools are Planned, and nothing marked planned can be used today.
- Private feedback stays privateLeadership 360 data is not shared with an employer, church, supervisor, or credentialing body for personnel decisions, and approving a file import in Org Design Studio does not authorize sharing private assessment feedback.
- Each tool keeps its own boundaryA Ministry Workroom account alone adds no one to a meeting team, a session, or a beta.
- One account and an app switcher are plannedPlanned means a direction. Nothing marked planned can be used today.
Questions about the journey
Do the tools share data with each other?
Not today. Each tool keeps its own data; what travels between them is the rhythm: a priority becomes an agenda item, a redesigned role becomes an owner, a leader's practice becomes a Tuesday conversation. Live connections between the tools are planned and clearly labeled as such.
Do we have to start with Church Staff Meeting?
No. Start with the question that keeps coming back. We suggest the weekly meeting because the other questions surface there, but Maximize's free assessment is the lowest-cost first step, and Org Design Studio or Leadership 360 may be where your team actually is.
Can one church use all four?
That is the plan for the suite, and it is not available yet. Today each tool has its own access status, and none of them is open to every church yet, so a church takes them one at a time as access opens.
